You may not think it possible, but this salad gets it's glory from iceberg lettuce's watery loveliness. 

Dress iceberg lettuce, chopped apple, and walnuts with: 

Olive oil

Grain mustard

Salt

White ground pepper

Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

Crushed garlic
